Engagement: Cohort 2017

Challenge: Needed a comprehensive developmental framework for early intervention screening.

Project Results: The state team worked on developing a comprehensive developmental screening and early intervention service system for Louisiana by creating a resource library, a provider infographic, a developmental screening webpage, and a Developmental Screening Connections Newsletter.

Engagement: Single-State Intensive 2015

Challenge: The state needed to increase its knowledge of Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT) and the relationship with Title V programs

Project Results: The state developed the groundwork for a comprehensive early intervention screening network that they brought into Cohort 2017 as their project.
